• Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC primary focus is to provide excellent services and resources to special education students with an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plan, and   other mental and social-emotional challenges.
• The purpose of Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC is to strengthen students' reading, mathematics, and the ability to interact in a positive manner with their peers, teachers, parents, and people within the community. Students will receive activities that are aligned to  real life situations, interests, and experiences to help improve their understanding  the application of a skill, concept, and problem.
• The goal of Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC is to provide students with rigor, relevant, and robust activities by reviewing, reteaching, and reinforcing reading and mathematics skills.                                           
• The outcome of Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC will be based on data results of each individual student's progress and challenges. All student's data will be collected, assessed, recorded, shared and discussed with the student, parent/guardian, classroom teacher, and the school administrator. Bi-weekly reports will be provided to students' parent and/or guardian.

• Public schools in the state of Maryland officially closed in March 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. These unprecedented times have caused all school-aged children receiving traditional face-to face instruction from teachers to shift to a virtual/online platform for the remainder of school year 2019-2020. 
• Some school districts continued to utilize the virtual platform to deliver instruction to children in the 2020-2021 school year throughout Maryland. As a result, the learning environment landscape looked differently for teachers, children, parents, and the learning community as a whole. 
• Subsequently, teachers and students engaged in virtual-only classes, activities, events, and meetings. When schoolyear 2020-2021 ended, many children academic performance were significantly impacted.

• Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC is an educational tutoring company that focuses on improving the reading mathematics,  mental and social-emotional outcomes for elementary students in grades kindengarten --5th.
• A primary feature of Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC is designed to build, maintain, and sustain positive relationships and partnerships with the school, home, and community.
