Future Leaders Tutoring Service LLC will:
- Conduct tutoring sessions at various locations/sites to meet the needs of all students.
- Provide and deliver a wide range of research-based and best practices of instructional learning strategies,differentiated instruction, Bloom Taxomony, learning styles, behavior management and positive interventions.
- Partnership with the parent, student, teacher, and invested stakeholders within the community.
- Collaboration with classroom teacher before tutoring begins and periodically to build strong communication and solidarity.
- Initially assess each student performance and distribute biweekly documentation of students’ progress and challenges to the parent and classroom teacher.

Future Leaders Tutoring Service LLC will:
- Regularly assist students in tutoring sessions with their ( homework assisgnments/projects).
- Incorporate reinforcing skills such as organization, studying, test-taking, social interaction, character building, conflict resolution, and mediation.
- Build and foster healthy mental and social-emotional learning skills during tutoring sessions.
- Provide prompt feedback and follow-up to inquires from parents/guardians, school-based staff, and all invested educational stakeholders within 24 hours.
- Provide accessibility and transparency to the Director of Future Leaders Service via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Infuse and integrate other cross-curricular content areas such as social studies and science.
