The Founder

• The Founder and Director of Future Leaders Tutoring Service, LLC is Naomi Hill Kenyatta PhD. Dr.Hill Kenyatta completed and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
• Master's Degree in education (M.ED) in Special Education from Coppin State University (CSU).
• Administration and Supervision Endorsement from Coppin State University. 
•  Doctorate of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Leadership in Educational Administration from Capella University.
• Dr. Hill Kenyatta has thirty-five years of experience in the educational field throughout the state of Maryland, specifically in  Baltimore City Public Schools, Howard County Public Schools, and Baltimore County Public Schools. Her background experience consist of teaching, supervising, and leadership positions in public, non-public, alternative, and penal facilities.
•  Dr. Hill Kenyatta is a retired former School-based Principal and Assistant Principal, District-level Title l Specialist and Coordinator, Lead Special Education Teacher, Self-Contained Classroom Teacher, Inclusion/Resource Teacher, and Liaison Teacher. 
• Dr. Hill Kenyatta has experience and background teaching college students educational courses as an Adjunct Professor at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) located in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been and currently is a Site/Virtual Supervisor for Student Teacher/Administrator candidates seeking a master’s degree in education at Grand Canyon University. Dr. Hill Kenyatta's passion consist of reading, writing, researching, advocating for at-risk students with special and challenging needs and  behaviors. Dr. Hill Kenyatta  enjoys tutoring elementary children, mentoring/coaching middle and  high school students including college students. She has two adult children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting art and historical museums, practicing meditation, and yoga. She embraces every opportunity spending quality time with family and friends.
